Evelyn Kempi

Evelyn Kempi supports Ulu Ventures’ core values of diversity and disciplined decision analysis through her expertise in executive support, office management, operations, and process improvement.

Prior to joining Ulu Ventures, Evelyn worked at Palantir Technologies, where she provided executive support to a C-suite leader. In this role, she managed complex calendars, coordinated international travel, improved internal operational processes, and supported advertising and communications initiatives.

Earlier in her career, Evelyn served as an Executive Assistant and Project Coordinator at Strategic Decisions Group. There, she developed deep familiarity with the principles of decision quality while managing CRM systems and coordinating both internal and external initiatives. She also provided executive support to the CEO and the Energy & Environment Practice leadership.

Evelyn brings over a decade of experience in operations management across multiple organizations. Throughout her career, she has resolved operational and administrative challenges, implemented agile solutions, and supported leadership teams in driving efficiency, operational excellence, and continuous business improvement. She is known for her strong organizational skills, problem-solving ability, and proactive approach to project management.

Evelyn holds a Master’s degree in Business Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Advertising.
