Project Description

Addressing issues of bias, discrimination, and harassment in the workplace

tEQuitable is an independent, confidential, impartial, and off-the-record resource where employees can consult without fear of retribution on issues ranging from insidious slights and invalidations to overt discrimination and harassment.

It is built with the goal of empowering employees with a confidential, trusted way to report problems and get professional guidance, and quantifies systemic issues with data and insights.

Improving workplace culture by providing effective prevention strategies and actionable recommendations can help companies be more inclusive and create a work culture that works for everyone.
