Innovative Public Offerings is the theme for Ulu founders for January’s “In the News”.

Ulu celebrates the 4th innovative public offering in the last five months! SoFi is going public via a SPAC merging with a blank-check company run by venture capital investor Chamath Palihapitiyame valuing Sofi at $8.6B. EV- Tech firm Proterra to go public through ArcLight SPAC. In Q3, Palantir went public via a DPO, and Zebit IPO’d in Australia in October, experienced transition challenges, reported record Q4 FY20 net and annual sales, and stock price rebounded.
